Winemaker
Domaine de l'Anglore is a 10-hectare estate located in Tavel, Lirac and a few acres on the slopes of Vaunage. Éric Pfifferling, a Tavel native and former beekeeper, produces natural wines on this pebble-strewn terroir, including his famous Tavel. His wife Marie completes the family symbiosis in the vineyard and on the estate. Since 2017, their children Joris and Thibault have joined them on the estate.
