Winemaker
Domaine Causse Marines was named in 1993 after the stream, Marines, at the bottom of the estate. The entire vineyard extends over a very thin limestone plateau. It has been biodynamic since 2005. Pascal Lescarret produces easily digestible, firm and consistent wines, now free from the Gaillac appellation and therefore classified as "Vins de France", which give pride of place to ancestral native grape varieties.
