Winemaker At the foot of the Alpilles mountains, the 25 hectares or so of vines have been grown organically since 1993, and are planted with grape varieties typical of Mediterranean vineyards: grenache, syrah, mourvèdre, carignan, rolle... Since its creation, the estate has been run by German-born oenologist Mathias Wimmer, who brings precision and finesse to the wines. The reds are particularly successful. Rather rare in the region, a Brut Nature rosé is offered alongside the still wines. A highly recommendable domaine.
