Winemaker
Pierre Acquaviva bears witness to Corsica's renaissance. After taking over his father's estate, he now farms some 40 hectares in Balagne, in the Calvi appellation, planted mainly with red grape varieties, not forgetting vermentino in white. The estate offers a boutique, as well as guided tours of the vineyards, ending with a tasting of 5 wines and 5 dishes. Reservations required.
