Winemaker
Domaine Colinot, in the family for over ten generations, was created by Jean-Pierre Colinot and his wife Anita. His ancestors include Jacques-Germain Soufflot, architect of the Panthéon. The estate comprises 13 ha of vines in the best climats of the AOC Irancy. A true benchmark for this little-known appellation, the domaine favors parcel-based cuvées, with marked differences depending on the soil and age of the vines. The wines often need a long wait to reveal their full potential.
