Domaine Cazes brings out the full richness of Roussillon terroirs. In 2012, the domaine added wines from Collioure and Banyuls, with the purchase of Clos des Paulilles. The range is now divided into two distinct families, overseen by Emmanuel Cazes. Cazes' mutés are a masterpiece. Maison Cazes has the largest vineyard in France converted to organic and biodynamic viticulture: 220 ha!
