Winemaker
After working on a small family estate in Champagne, with Vincent Laval in Cumières, Bruno Bienaimé decided to move to the Jura and create Domaine Bienaimé. After three years of searching, he managed to find a few parcels in Arlay in 2016, and subsequently others around Château-Chalon. He currently farms just 3.2 ha. From now on, we'll have to keep a close eye on the production of this neo-vigneron, who is already making some very fine wines!
