Opened in 2012 by Fabien Barone, the distillery runs several activities simultaneously, including the production of liqueurs and eaux-de-vie, a delicatessen and bed & breakfast. In an atmosphere of eternal summer, you can enjoy Corsican spirits and the comforts of home, during a visit to the boutique or an extended stay. On the menu: chestnut, myrtle, grape, fig and pear brandies, a wide range of artisanal liqueurs and homemade aperitifs.
