Butchery Didier Damiet is a traditionalist of taste, inventive at times. First and foremost, the terroir is in pole position, in the choice of his animals in particular (100% organic, notably Gascon organic pork), and products in general, well under control. This native of Sarth, hence the name, fine-tunes his preparations, offering traditional dishes such as beef sausage, beef rillettes (also) with Muscadet, and eel kebabs prepared with the utmost care. Awarded for his creative sausage with lamb and candied turnips, he'll never cease to surprise you. Also present at Talensac market.
