The pretty old corner store with its molded façade lives in its time, thanks to Arnaud Delmontel, a renowned baker and pastry chef. The traditional organic baguette has become a must in the neighborhood, the sourdough specials made with ancient flours are a hit, and the classic cakes are outstanding: the lemon meringue tartlet, the chocolate religieuse, the paris-brest, the raspberry charlotte, the blanc-manger, with a special mention for "Eclat", dark chocolate, crunchy praline flourless cocoa cookie.
