On the Ile de Nantes, Délicatessaine by Grégory and Sabrina Lejeune, a natural, ethical and healthy patisserie. For those who doubt that gluten-free, additive-free, texturizer-free and refined sugar-reduced cakes are good, give in to temptation and you'll be surprised. On site in the tearoom or to take away, the pastries are divine, notably the best-seller, the black sesame flan, but also the Salvador'Déli (hazelnut crunch, toasted buckwheat, chocolate shortbread, creamy coffee and gwell mousse) or the Hino'Déli (chestnut shortbread, soft matcha cookie, light tea mousse).
