Chocolate factory
Trained at the leading Parisian chocolate houses, Ivan Delaveaux and Morgane Nicolle are two chocolate purists. Based in Lamorlaye since 2015, they’ve been gradually expanding their reach by opening a location in Parmain in the Val-d’Oise and, since September 2026, in Senlis. A well-deserved success for their top-notch creations. The Signature Gift Set, containing 8 to 92 chocolates, is the best way to appreciate their work. Belize chocolate bars, fruit pastes, caramel spreads, jams, ice cream, and sorbets are just a few more reasons to step inside their shops.
