Chocolate factory Daniel Eynard and his wife Monique welcome their customers to their store in Venelles, where they offer a range of products whose production is mastered from the plantation right through to the mouthful of chocolate bonbons. Born into a family of chocolatiers and confectioners in Côte d'Ivoire, this theobromist makes his own chocolate. Plates of chocolate filled with hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, fleur de sel, cocoa/pepper or cocoa/ginger... Candied fruit dipped in a bath of chocolate... ultra-fine chocolate chips that melt in the mouth. Far from the latest fashions, he has forged his own boutique.
