Fish shop On both sides of Bayen Street, Daguerre Marée’s display takes you on a journey between the waves to discover the ocean’s finest offerings. Oysters and seafood, fish from the best catches, and specialty lobsters and langoustines from the live tank. Marennes Fines de Claires or Gillardeau Special oysters, bouchot mussels, beautiful langoustines, Madagascar shrimp, and crab claws join the freshly arrived fish, while on the other side, smoked fish await you, with salmon leading the way.
