Chocolate factory An atypical career path, to say the least, for this former chef from Nice. After a career in sales for a German manufacturer of food processing equipment, he fell in love with the world of chocolate when he met Patrick Roger in 1999. After starting out making his chocolates in the garage of his mother's house, within eight years the man had become one of our finest chocolatiers, with his light, melt-in-the-mouth chocolates. A new address in Toulouse, but still the same love of well-made products.
