Cheese dairy The history of this cheese dairy began in 1969 with Raymond Michel, master cheesemaker and refiner, who passed on his passion and know-how to his family. Alain Michel has taken over from him, and his credo is "a good cheese is a medium cheese". Our selections are primarily raw-milk cheeses from the region, accompanied by other quality finds. Specialties include ready-to-use fondue, a house recipe that's been around for 25 years! And in season, brie de Meaux, coulommiers or saint-marcellin with truffles. The boutique also features 200 wine references, with the aim of creating the perfect taste pairing. After La Crémerie du Lac, there are 4 other stores in Annecy le Vieux, Pringy, La Clusaz and Cran Gévrier.
