Cheese dairy Alain Michel's central boutique is as busy as the one in Albigny. The same quality in presenting and serving cheeses, at the right maturity and from every region. Choosing the right Beaufort or Tomme cheese is a tricky business, but we know how to give you the best advice for optimal tasting. And the prices are quite attractive, as with this mild Comté at €17.50 per kilo or this Tomme at €18 per kilo.
