Yet it's the winning choice of Clémence Walti, who, with her CAP, opened last year on the city's most popular shopping street. Her pretty store on the corner of rue Marotte offers specialties that are renewed each month, with a good classic background, such as choubroise, a raspberry cracker chou, vanilla flan, apricotin with rosemary ganache and apricot jelly, or pounette, a brownie that comes in a different variation each month.
