Further proof of Versailles' deep bond with gourmet delights, Courtisane's ice creams offer "a gustatory voyage into the richness of our historical heritage", through shapes, fragrances and textures (fleur de lys, rose, sunshine...). Taste Philippe d'Orléans' hazelnut, Madame de Maintenon's chocolate or Le Nôtre's pistachio. And, of course, pastries and chocolates, waffles and muffins... The ice-cream maker is Ecuadorian, with a delicious accent, and his mango ice-cream is a delight.
