Wine merchant
A family connection in the Rhône—a cousin who’s a winemaker producing Saint-Joseph and Côte-Rôtie—and another in Burgundy: that’s a good excuse for this young wine merchant to spread the word about carefully selected wines. No particular style is favored—from traditional to natural—as long as “the main thing is that it tastes good”—offering quality wines at fair prices from all regions. There’s also a wine bar serving charcuterie boards, daily specials (croque-monsieur with truffle-infused ham, roasted chicken thigh with Provençal vegetables…), and pastries. A selection of spirits, a few Chartreuse liqueurs, and regular tasting events…
