The parent company moved, expanded and made a point of facilitating certain production tasks, while retaining the original recipes. For the past ten years, the Collin family has kept the company afloat. Seven points of sale, and sardines, ready-made dishes such as cotriade à la concarnoise, prepared fish and shellfish soups and scallop confit, the recipe for which has remained unchanged since 1893... are just some of the local specialties canned for our enjoyment.
