A confectioner's daughter in her own right, Alexia Santini grew up imbued with the sweet aromas her father used to prepare. Over the past seven years, she has expanded her range of chocolate bonbons, embellished with Corsican flavors, which the island is so rich in. Ganache with honey from the maquis, marzipan with orange peel, praline-clementine, praline-canistrelli... figs, citron, lemon, grapefruit... the fruits are candied in-house, and the flavors harmonize perfectly in delicate mouthfuls. A great success.
