Bakery Young and friendly, the Coeur de Lys bakery has its fans. Florian was practically born with flour on his hands... His great-grandfathers, grandfathers and uncles were in the business, so the path was clear for him. But not routine. Innovation is his domain, and he helps change the bread menu regularly. His specialty? The "Talibur", an apple-filled brioche, which is a regular feature on the counter.
