Winemaker
Clos Maïa is owned by Géraldine Laval, a passionate winegrower and emblematic of the Languedoc new wave, who moved to the Terrasses du Larzac in 2009 after working with Olivier Jullien. The vineyard, comprising 6.5 hectares of old vines, is located near Pégairolles-de-l'Escalette. The vineyard is in the process of being converted to organic farming. Vinification is carried out with minimum intervention.
