Cyril Fhal has been cultivating his vineyards at Latour-de-France in the Roussillon since 2002, with respect, humility and the utmost care. Le Clos du Rouge Gorge covers 7.5 hectares. Biodynamic viticulture from the outset, to reconnect with the living. Cyril Fhal loves local grape varieties, so he pampers his old vines, which produce some of the finest wines in Roussillon, both red and white.
