Winemaker
His grandfather planted the vines in 1988, on the third terrace of the Lot. Benoît Aymard, winegrower and oenologist, moved there in 2014 and now presides over the destiny of this initially small (2.35 ha) estate, which he has already transformed into a 15 ha vineyard today. He's working hard to breathe new life into this family estate, with the idea of revealing the terroir.
