Chocolate factory The great master from Montalban—the man who delighted us for so long and who passed on his passion and expertise to so many of today’s chefs—has put his stamp on this top-tier chocolate shop. You might smile at the grand claim of being a “composer of chocolates made from rare origins,” but the result is convincing enough to make you want to leave with a small assortment. They also offer candied fruits, coffees, and teas—and, of course, the must-try chocolate tart that has taken the gourmet world by storm.
