You might smile at the grand claim of being a “composer of chocolates made from rare origins,” but the result is convincing enough to make you want to leave with a small assortment. They also offer candied fruits, coffees, and teas—and, of course, the must-try chocolate tart that has taken the gourmet world by storm.
