Chocolate factory
Olivier Hautot opened his first store over fifteen years ago. There are now 9 stores in Normandy. Always inquisitive, he enjoys working with cocoa and seeking out new flavors, which he passes on to his local clientele. Traditional in his in-store compositions, he is developing a range of chocolate capsules presented like jewels, with the percentage of cocoa specified for each piece. Selection of grands crus in assorted pralines and giandujas.
