Chocolate factory After a career full of curiosity and passion, Bruno le Derf, a native of Normandy and companion of the Tour de France, learned the trade in France, Belgium and Japan, where he stayed for fifteen years. In 2007, he was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France), and returned to settle with his wife Yukiko in 2012. The range includes choux pastries in a multitude of flavors inspired by the seasons, and a tribute to Brittany, the Plougastel tartlet (Plougastel strawberries on Guérande flower shortbread).
