Chocolate factory Admittedly, the location is in an industrial zone, but the address is worth mentioning for the quality of the chocolates crafted by Joël Patouillard. Innovation, creation and taste combinations are the driving forces behind this passionate creator. Coconut-lemonade chocolate; honey-orange. His ganaches have between 60 and 85% cocoa, and he de-sugarizes his sweets as much as possible to benefit from a maximum of aromas through daring combinations. His tastes are powerful and original.
