Chocolate factory
He may be the least media-friendly of the chocolatiers, but in our eyes he’s one of the best of his generation. His boutique-workshop on Rue Gallieni is brimming with pralines, a specialty in which he excels. The 65% dark “Mendiant” chocolate bars, the 66% Vanuatu chocolate ganache, the soft caramel and fleur de sel ganache—not to mention the ice cream and Easter and Christmas creations—are all additional reasons to step inside. There are other shops in Rueil-Malmaison and Nanterre.
