Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory The least media-friendly of the chocolatiers, but in our eyes one of the best of his generation. His boutique-workshop on Rue Gallieni is brimming with pralines, a specialty in which he excels. The 65% dark “Mendiant” chocolate bars, the 66% Vanuatu chocolate ganache, the soft caramel and fleur de sel ganache—not to mention the ice creams and Easter and Christmas creations—are all additional reasons to stop by. There’s another shop in downtown Rueil, as well as one in the Leclerc shopping center in Nanterre.
