Chocolate factory Vincent Frodefond is passionate about his work. This master chocolatier happily mixes traditional and innovative recipes, revealing new gustatory facets of local specialties: the sleight of hand is particularly successful with the mini rose (where the famous cookie adds a welcome crunch), crunch again with the pavé de Reims and nougatine praline; an interesting duo of dark chocolate and champagne marc or, more surprisingly, the Bulle, a chocolate with a mulled wine heart.
