Chocolate factory
Jean-Marie Bertrand grew up surrounded by confectionery and chocolates, and it was his father who created Nostradamus, the house specialty. The rest of Jean-Marie's range is well worth a try, including "Faire face" (the motto of the Salon-de-Provence air force school) and Marronnier, a milk chocolate with chestnut paste and rum... a real treat!
