Chocolate factory Jean-Marie Bertrand grew up surrounded by confectionery and chocolates, and it was his father who created the Nostradamus, the house specialty. The rest of Jean-Marie's range is well worth a try, including "Faire face", which is the motto of the Ecole de l'air de Salon-de-Provence, and "Marronnier", a milk chocolate with chestnut paste and rum... a real treat!
