Situated on one of the town's busy streets, Pascal and Ana Moustirats' chocolaterie perpetuates the local tradition, with competitive chocolates made with grands crus. Having worked at La Maison du Chocolat and Ladurée with Pierre Hermé, the artisan-chocolate-maker defends a fine technique, offering a wide range of ganaches, truffles, tablettes... A tea room is also open at 32 quai Galuperie.
