A happy change of direction for Fanette, who after ten years in the medical field, decided to make a living from her passion. After training at the French Cheese School, she opened her pretty blue store on the Place du Breuil, which has met with great success. The selections highlight raw-milk cheeses and regional cheeses such as Saint-Nectaire, Bleu d'Auvergne, Claousou... and an attractive creamery section completes the range. Good advice.
