Pastry Anaïs Olmer was a graphic designer before taking up pastry-making. This artistic side influences her creations. Chocolate fondant in the shape of a wolf's head, salted butter pound cake in the form of a castle, raspberry princess cakes are just some of the delicately crafted preparations she creates on request. As for Nutella mini-tartelettes, strawberry-barbapapa cupcakes and owl-shaped vanilla shortbread, these are to be enjoyed all year round, without hesitation.
