Breeding
The Delestre family has been breeding goats and ewes since 1972, between the Loire and the Berry plains. Here, the goats enjoy a rich and varied diet that gives the crottin de Chavignol appellation contrôlée, as well as other goat and ewe cheeses, their full flavor. If you're a fan of green tourism, you can see the cheese-making process through a glass window, watch the milking process and even take home a ready-to-cook rack of grass-fed lamb.
