Winemaker
Revelette comprises 24 hectares of vines, between 330 and 400 m altitude, planted with 9 grape varieties: (cinsault, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, grenache, carignan, ugni, sauvignon, chardonnay, rolle). The most northerly terroir in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, some thirty kilometers north of Aix. But Revelette is also, and above all, Peter Fischer and his partner Sandra, who have been running the vineyard organically for years, revealing the terroir of Provence in both red and white wines.
