Winemaker
In 2008, the owners of Château Cheval Blanc acquired this 18-hectare Saint-Emilion Grand Cru estate, Château Quinault l'Enclos, embedded in the town of Libourne. Since then, Cheval Blanc teams have been reinterpreting this highly homogeneous terroir, on which vines over fifty years old are planted. Under the impetus of Pierre Lurton, in-depth work has been undertaken: viticulture, vinification and ageing are carried out in the same spirit as at Cheval Blanc!
