In 2005, Diane and her husband Philippe Cauvin took over the family estate. It is currently farmed biodynamically. In Fronton, the expression of the terroir and its harmony is achieved through the négrette, a grape variety they see as a bulwark against today's trivialization of taste. At present, they are making an original white wine from bouisselet, a historic grape variety that has disappeared from our vineyards, using pre-phylloxera vines dating back some 200 years!
