Château de Béru is at the heart of the Chablis vineyards. It's been in the same family for 450 years! Athénaïs de Béru manages the estate with her mother Laurence, who is in charge of tours and B&B, with Athénaïs leading the vinifications. The estate has been certified biodynamic since 2014. Thanks to their location at the top of the Béru hill, their vines benefit from a unique microclimate, marked by wide temperature ranges and exposure to the wind. The wines gain in precision at the same time as they decrease in sulfur.
