This is one of Lyon's leading references in charcuterie, where you can discover all the great recipes of the region's heritage. Its name is associated with a tradition of excellence and indulgence, with timeless creations such as pistachio sausage, pike quenelles à la lyonnaise, jésu de Lyon, traditional andouillette, pâté en croûte with boletus and chestnuts, brioche sausage and rosette de Lyon. Today, Maison Sibilia has three charcuterie shops, a caterer and a workshop.
