And that's true as long as you're dealing with a true charcutier who prepares everything he sells. Rillauds d'Anjou, terrine and, above all, jambon blanc, which has won several awards, notably in 2015 from the Confrérie Saint-Antoine, can be found on stalls at nearby markets.
