Delicatessen A fine association of charcutiers, a fine house in fact, with no shortage of admirers and unconditional fans of the pig. Farçum with spinach, dumplings (like little pâtés) with cumin, fricandeaux, galabart (blood pudding made from pig's blood and meat) to be eaten cold, pig's trotters, knuckle of pork, tripe, sausages, ham, pig's feet and ears in jelly. The list of products you'll want to try grows longer with each visit, and it's hard to choose between them. The two craftsmen have combined their know-how, and their passion is contagious. All in all, it's a pleasure to discover their delicious preparations.
