Three farmers from the Tarn and Aveyron regions whose pigs are fed GMO-free cereals supply the house, a charcuterie with a solid reputation. 24-month matured IGP Lacaune ham, awarded a medal at the Concours Général Agricole, cured smoked bacon, ham walnuts, not forgetting the bougnette... all home-made products that are also delivered throughout France.
