Pigs of the Apalhat breed show off their thighs after having benefited from the conditions that make their meat so tasty. Three farmers from the Tarn and Aveyron regions whose pigs are fed GMO-free cereals supply the house, a charcuterie with a solid reputation. 24-month matured IGP Lacaune ham, awarded a medal at the Concours Général Agricole, dried smoked bacon, ham walnuts, not forgetting the Bougnette... entirely home-made products that are also delivered throughout France.
