This Lacaune ham bar is the perfect place to take away or eat in. Pigs of the Apalhat breed show off their thighs after having benefited from the conditions that make their meat so tasty. Three farmers from the Tarn and Aveyron regions whose pigs are fed GMO-free cereals supply the house, a charcuterie with a solid reputation. 24-month matured IGP Lacaune ham, awarded a medal at the Concours Général Agricole, cured smoked bacon, ham walnuts, not forgetting the bougnette... all home-made products that are also delivered throughout France.
