Delicatessen
Jean-Marie Laguerre, son of Gilbert - who gave him a taste for the trade - took over the family charcuterie after studying science. Motivated by the pleasure of making his own products, you'll find nothing but 100% homemade, traditional pig products (boudin, terrines, rillettes, grattons, tricandilles, grenier médocain...) or innovative ones (pâté au piment d'Espelette or pavé de lotte à la crème d'orge in the delicatessen range...). He leaves fashions aside, but above all not the taste for goodness. Jean-Marie also has another store in Pessac, at 14 rue Léon-Morin.
