Butchery Jacques Rabbé, the son of a pork butcher, quickly became aware of the evolution of the profession, with the inclusion of vegetables and fish in certain preparations. He is a man of competitions, as evidenced by the numerous cups and prizes won for his rillettes, jambon blanc, garlic sausages or galantines de volaille... With a team of 12 people, he works mainly with cooked products. Demanding as to the provenance of his meats, he knows that with quality meat comes quality products... but he neglects to add that there's know-how too... modesty obliges!
