Denis Tamion is a competition beast. He works with passion and loves to compare his preparations with those of his colleagues. And the medals keep coming (like the Oreille d'or, a distinction awarded only once in a career), a just reward for the efforts made, like the black pudding, for which he won an international competition in 2010, and more recently a gold medal. Enthusiasts come from far and wide to enjoy his talents, and are not disappointed. Garlic sausages and other delicatessen products are prepared with care. His wife, Magalie, tactfully supports this hard worker.
