Chocolate factory
The Chelles-based chocolatier, known for its "Bean to Bar" positioning, continues to expand in Paris and neighbouring towns. Le Perreux-sur-Marne is fortunate to have such a high-profile chocolatier. You'll find ganaches and pralines, as well as orangettes, demonic spreads, coated almonds, fruit jellies and over 50 bars from plantations in Uganda, the Philippines, Venezuela and Madagascar.
