Newcomers to the town, Anaelle, a former sommelier, and Pierre, a former pastry chef at the Hôtel de la Cité, have set up shop in the Place du Café 1988 to offer Narbonnais a fine artisanal patisserie, with the great classics revisited and updated, and their first creations. You'll be delighted to try the flan parisien and the pavlova pomme tonka, the tarte citron meringue and the financier, or the finger poire jasmin. Juices, infusions, teas, coffees and lattes to accompany the lounge.
